Found this for you. You have to call and cancel.
User must notify TurboUSA via telephone or in person to cancel Service. USER SHALL NOT CONSIDER THEIR SERVICE TERMINATED UNTIL THEY RECEIVE A VALID CANCELLATION NUMBER. When first using Turbo USA I needed to call for help. I got a real live human...American speaking, person who was friendly and helpful.I did have to listen to elevator music awhile, but the wait was not too long. At least I got a person who I could understand to talk to!
