Setting it up manually is a better idea, I have nothing bur trouble using turbos configurator. Use the "create a new connection" in the show all connections under Start. It is self explanatory from there. You will need a turbo connection number for your area code and your userid and password, good luck:)..(wow support you are getting more creative, 7 viewers at 3:35am, very good:))
