We are having fried shrimp tonight. It might look something like this, and JUMBO no less:) and maybe some kind of vegy, corn, peas or a salad?  Speaking of eating, I went to Safeway and bought their ground beef that is on sale, got home and prepared to package it up for the freezer when I discovered that the top layer of nice red ground beef was covering an ugly mess of dark brown old ground beef. It was true of both packages. I love Safeway's meat more than any store here, not sure now about that. Should I dare eat it?? Very deceptive of you Safeway. I guess that is one way to get rid of aged ugly brown should be red beef?!??!

 How many people do you think it took to lift that giant patty onto the scale off the grill? And how on earth did they do it without burning themselves?! I'm thinking eggs potatoes and bacon with a smidgen of onions in the potatoes? today. I am getting hungry looking at this food:)

Home made tacos, they were delicious! Better than the last few times I made them but I am not sure why, maybe because the cheese was moldy, lol.
(I didn't eat the mold:))

PROBABLY EGGS AND POTATOES, MY FAVORITE! WITH THE YOLK RUNNING ALL OVER THE POTATOES:)  I AM STARVING, I HAVEN'T EATEN YET TODAY:( MAYBE I CAN'T WAIT THAT LONG, A SNICKERS TO HOLD ME OVER?:)

Had a snickers just now, first eating for the day, still deciding on what to eat??????? SALISBURY STEAK AND MASHED POTATOES AND GRAVY, YUMMMMMMMMMMMM.  MINUS THE BROC AND MUSHROOMS.

What's to eat for Moms day?? Taco's?? or Shrimp?? or shrimp tacos? My favorite is shrimp of course but the burger is already cooked so what to do? I've got it, taco's and shrimp for blinner!!!:)
