I too am unable to access my e-mail. I left a voice message asking for a call regarding same. I got nothing. I sent a outlook e-mail on Turbo's support tab, and have received NOTHING. NO RESPONSE. I am getting frustrated. Has anyone had any luck?

I have been down since 3/4 at 8:00 AM. Turbousa support has not been responsive for at least 2 years now - I would dump them if not for the enormous hassle of changing an address and dialup account. At least 3 voicemails and 4 e-mails have been left for them. Same story as yours. They now have the prerecorded message that service is changing - please be patient during the change (!!!). Looks like Turbo has turned into a basement operation and they have completely bungled the changeover. I could see the webmail (old messages only) until Monday - now that link is shot. Hoping that all mail since Friday is not in the bit bucket. Maybe someone will go out to Mount Vernon with torches and pitchforks....

I have used the above link to access my turbousa email account. It only brings up new emails and when I sent a "test" email to my gmail account it did not go through.

Thanks for the tip. Saw only new e-mails like you did, but was able to send test message successfully from webmail. A little peace of mind, messages since Friday haven't been lunched (yet!), hoping beyond hope that soon old e-mails will be rolled in and everything resolved. Will never forgive how poorly customers have been treated during this debacle.
